Our service options

private training

Work 1-on-1 or in a buddy format. Each program is fully customized to your needs, goals, and training history. Best for clients with specific goals or injury considerations.

Small group strength and conditioning

High-output training capped at 6 athletes per session. General Strength and Conditioning and Athletic Performance and Development Classes offered daily for both general fitness and athletic development.

Youth long term athletic development

Built on LTAD principles. Sessions emphasize coordination, control, fundamental strength, and physical literacy to build future-ready athletes of all ages.

Performance testing

Force plate diagnostics, velocity profiling, sprint testing, metabolic testing, mobility and movement screening, and full conditioning assessments. Testing packages are available for both athletes and general population clients.
