At Kaizen Kinetics, we offer a number of discount options including: student/teacher, strength coaches and personal trainers, law enforcement, and pro athlete contract programs.
In fairness to those who purchase privates or buddy packages, we do not allow any group sessions under 3 members. We have a community of individuals actively and always looking for partners in their workout that you can connect with.
Our coaches have gone through thick and thin to understand the complexities and dynamics of the human body in relation to human and sport performance. Each of our coaches are required to have the minimum of a Master's Degree in Exercise Science or related field, as well as one of the strength training and conditioning certification programs (CSCS, CSC, or SCCC).
Where other coaches charge more and offer less, we offer the highest level training and programming, guaranteeing you will achieve the goal you work to achieve.
We use a variety of equipment, including barbells, free weights, body weight, and testing equipment. Our aim is to incorporated and blend testing and measurements within every training session.
Our sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality sessions over a "set time", so we finish when we're done with the goal for the day.
